What do we do?
We run a voluntary car scheme to help people in rural areas without transport make essential trips
Trips can be made:
To visit the doctor, dentist, clinic, or chiropodist
For hospital appointments and to visit relatives and friends in hospital
To collect prescriptions
To connect with bus, coach or rail services
For any other essential trips for which there is no reasonable alternative means of transport
Who do we help?
People without access to transport in and around Maiden Newton (including Frome Vauchurch, Cattistock, Chilfrome, Toller Fratrum, Toller Porcorum, Wynford Eagle, Compton Valence and West Compton) and Beaminster (including Blackdown, Broadwindsor, Burstock, Drimpton, Mapperton, Melplash, Mosterton, Salwayash, Seaborough, Stoke Abbott and Toller Porcorum)
